All Studio 138 yoga classes strive to honor yoga’s roots, with deep gratitude for its many gifts to body, mind, and spirit. We also honor science, and strive to teach asanas in ways that are aligned with modern knowledge of anatomy and physiology, including the specific needs of pregnant people and children. That means that some poses might look different than what you’ve learned in the past. We believe that this evolution is a necessary part of practicing ahimsa (doing no harm) and is fully in keeping with yogic principles.
We also believe that the practice of yoga is deeply personal, and as such, each person’s practice will be slightly different from everyone else’s, just as no two bodies are exactly the same. We can’t wait to get to know you.

Private Yoga Class
Join me on Zoom or in person (please schedule a discovery session to discuss in-person options) for a 55 minute 1-on-1 yoga session, completely customized to your individual needs. We’ll assess where you’re at, including current strengths and limitations, and create a plan to enhance your practice. $150
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is meant to be practiced cold. That is, before your muscles have had a chance to warm up. That’s why we meet bright and early to offer our muscles this hour-long, beautiful start to the day! Join us Monday-Friday at 7am EST. $25 drop-ins or included in class passes.
Evening Restorative Yoga
Relax and unwind with restorative yoga. This hour-long class is a permission slip to let go of the day and nourish yourself with extended poses that calm the nervous system and soften the body. Join us Monday-Thursday at 7pm EST. $25 drop-ins or included in class passes.
6 Private Sessions
Join me on Zoom or in person (please schedule a discovery session to discuss in-person options) for 6 55 minute 1-on-1 yoga session, completely customized to your individual needs. We’ll assess where you’re at, including current strengths and limitations, and create a plan to enhance your practice. $850
Intro to Hatha Yoga
This hour-long class focuses on fundamental poses and breath work. The flow is slower than vinyasa, with poses held for several seconds. Our focus is on building a strong foundation to support a safe, sustainable, long-term practice. This class is suitable for beginners, those who have been away from the mat for a while, or anyone who wants a refresher. Long-term yoga practitioners will always benefit from periodically revisiting the basics. Join us Monday-Friday at 9 am EST. $25 drop-ins or included in class passes.
Tots Rock! Yoga
A class for our 3-5 year old yogis! These classes are all about making yoga FUN. This half-hour class is developmentally appropriate, and incorporates stories and games into learning the basics of yoga. Please note: Parents and caregivers are welcome to participate or not, but a grown-up is required to stay with each child for the duration of class. Join us Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am EST. $25 drop-ins or included in class passes.

12 Private Sessions
Lunch Hour Desk Yoga
Join us Monday - Thursday, at 12pm EST for a 30 minute desk yoga class. No mat or props necessary. All poses can be done seated or standing by desk. $25 drop-in or included in class passes.
Summer Fun Yoga 5-8 Year-Olds
A class for our 5-8 year old yogis! These classes are all about making yoga FUN. This half-hour class is developmentally appropriate, and incorporates stories and games into learning the basics of yoga. Please note: A grown-up is required to be present in the room for the duration of class. Join us Fridays at 10:30am EST. $25 drop-ins or included in class passes.
Partner Yoga
Partner yoga offers a unique opportunity to deepen intimacy and connection. This hour-long class will guide you and your significant other through a series of asanas and breath work designed to increase trust, playfulness, and mutual support on and off the mat. Sundays at 4pm EST. $40 per couple drop-ins or included in class passes.
